Pros
Awesome co-workers, semi-relaxed environment, keeps employees updated with current financial and company direction, great benefits, paid uniforms, company picnics, holiday parties
Cons
Management is in total disconnect with the workforce (they lose employees for the same reason over and over but refuse to talk to anyone on the floor and see what they can do to change their direction and keep a skilled and reliable workforce), unrealistic deadline expectations (bring out work orders just a few days before or day of sometimes) expected to work whenever they want or else you take points, even on Saturdays, machines are outdated and not all kept on preventative maintenance, cleanliness is the last thing on their minds as well. I left because they're currently trying to outsource as much of their work as possible and I didn't agree to become an assembler or painter or whatever they wanted me to do.
