ZERO room for advancement So many people are complaining about work-life balance but it is sports! You knew it when you took the job so that is no even valid You don't get a true raise ever. If you hit a certain amount in sales for the season you can get a promotion but NO ONE ever hits it. You have employees who have been here over 10 years that have never hit the $500k mark Over 50% of staff is looking for other jobs because the VP doesn't even know their names.
