Pros
Small agency with some really great people. They provide some flexibility around scheduling.
Cons
Doing the right thing is not highly prioritized, a few people in leadership bully and don't take what is right for the client into consideration and without listening to client feedback. Being a small company you are expected to do the work of 3 people with a smile and they want you to believe you are making an impact.
