Good company to gain knowledge, very skilled and smart colleagues, many chances to grow and work abroad.
Cons
The management style is old, salaries are not reviewed, there's no flexibility at all, people can really feel that nobody cares for them, everything is disorganized, very stressful and demanding environment.
