The benefits were decent, even the severance package was okay, but that says it all.

Not the best place, especially for female employees. Pregnant, on maternity leave, just hired team lead? Doesn't matter - they probably technically don't break any legal laws firing people because it's 'restructure', but absolutely no humanity in any management decisions,
