      Pros

      The company used to feel like home when it was run by Bryan Moorehead . Much better President than the current.

      Cons

      They do not care about employees who are not in leadership positions. They break their necks to look out for their VP suite but those who support and keep things running smoothly are lied to and forgotten. The CEO cannot be trusted as he lies to employees and customers alike. Not good for business .

      We take all input seriously and care deeply about each employee. Our CEO just completed a visit to all our global locations to talk to employees at all levels of the organization because that is who he is and he does care deeply about all employees and their views. We also understand that employee terminations are difficult and know that they can bring deep emotions and resentment to the company. We do hope that this employee gets established in a new role soon.
