Micromanagement to the extreme. The "blame game" is done by a couple of "pet" employees & an owner and service manager that tell you completely different things. No positive or negative feedback. Manager doesnt care who he lies on or stabs in the back to make himself look good to the owners. Employee Morale is at rock bottom since they gave total control to this person & he admits to having the owners in his back pocket
