Very team oriented, lots of activities focused not only on us workers but for significant others, always open for feedback.
Great team events and love the annual kickoff performed to continue to educate us as well as the monthly meetings.

No real downsides other than would perhaps like more lab time for enhancing expertise
Micromanagement to the extreme. The "blame game" is done by a couple of "pet" employees & an owner and service manager that tell you completely different things. No positive or negative feedback. Manager doesnt care who he lies on or stabs in the back to make himself look good to the owners. Employee Morale is at rock bottom since they gave total control to this person & he admits to having the owners in his back pocket
