      No pros at all. ..

      Cons

      Had an interview, thought it went great. Spent a solid 6 hours on an extra task alongside my work. Sent it over, and then. Radio silence from their end. Total ghosting. A company like that surely has the worst culture.

      Pros

      They hire just about anyone and you can create your own title.

      Cons

      The pay was horrible to begin with; unfortunately I settled but not for long. They tend to work very last minute, so the pressure is on when it comes to making sales, paying bills, making travel arrangements, etc. The moral of the company is depressing. The health benefits are horrible and I ended up getting my own out of my own pocket. Management are delusional when it comes to the companies success and the employees happiness in working for their company
