      Pros

      The employees of the company are fantastic and are great to work with. Everyone is tight knit and know how to have fun. This a great job for short term job opportunity but not recommended for long term opportunity.

      Cons

      Management has no clue on how to give employees what they need for personal growth. There are no reviews or recommendations on how to further their career. Everyone is all over the place and there is no clarity with what their Job duties are and how to make it more clear.

      Pros

      Some great people and lots of potential for learning unexpected skills. You will be tested in patience, and you will learn to solve problems you may not be qualified to even attempt.

      Cons

      Management can not seem to decide what industry they are in. You will receive incomplete training and instruction, and you will be held responsible for things you were not even aware of. You will also be told to lie and be lied to. Management will concoct a new project a few times a year, shift it off to others, and then abandon it after wasting thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours. You will be forced to use broken equipment with very little support.
