      Pros

      The people/management are one of the best i've ever worked with. The product is ways ahead of it's competition. Great work/life balance and very hands off. Overall, it's a great place to work and everyone on the team is invested in it's success.

      Cons

      The product is also a year or two ahead of it's time which is a challenge because buyers don't understand it or see an urgent need for the technology. Yet.

      Great company culture Amazing tech Incredibly brilliant teams

      Every company has perks and quirks. Datacubed is no different, but for my job role the only con is low awareness that we are working to combat.

      Remote company and few nice folks

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know what’s going on. All they do is go to conferences and product is degrading. No vision, no future plans not sure how it’s still in business.
