Pros
Really good at the initial meeting when they tell you nothing is going to change except upgrading the systems.
Cons
As soon as the ink is dry on the acquisition they fire whole departments but not until they have them train by phone the replacements in India. When you try to correct errors with those replacements you are ignored.
