They try to take care of their employees. Upper management will say out of your way as long as things are going how they want. There are some really great people in the company to work with.

While management says it is open to change nothing ever changes. If you get along with upper management then there is no wrong you can do. Every office has its own rules and runs different from each other. Very few people take responsibility for their action and will lay the blame on other is they can. There are so many cons I can list for this company that I could go on for days.
