It was a great place to learn about available technologies. Our vendors offered us training on their products. We were not locked into any one vendor which made conversations with clients more authentic.

Typical small company problems. But for the most part, expectations were met. Because we did not have our own product, we relied on our vendors to meet our expected level of service and support.
