Pros

You learn a lot, and very quickly. It's a great opportunity to get to know and work with lots of different companies throughout the Tampa Bay area (as well as areas outside). Co-workers have been extremely helpful.”

Cons

Overall, the company EXTREMELY lacks leadership, and fails to understand the importance in treating their end employees with more than just the bare-minimum. Allow me to explain. -No Direct Deposit (despite the fact that it states that it's for everybody in the Employee Handbook) -No paid holidays or sick time for the first 6 months. -No Paid Time Off for the first year (and after your first year, you are taken through several levels of discomfort before actually getting a time off request approved) -An overall unprofessional management team. -Extremely high employee turnover rate (I have seen 15 people quit or get fired, within the 13 months I have worked at this company).”

Pros

The best team members. We have fun even though we are in an active environment. Lots of functions to bring team members together.

Cons

Busy place so you do have to get your work completed timely.

Pros

Data-Tech has a strong and supportive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and respect. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and their professional growth, and this is reflected through transparency, clear communication, and real opportunities to advance. The work feels meaningful, individual contributions are recognized, and employees are encouraged to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside the company. The fast-growing environment creates exciting opportunities and exposure to new challenges for those who are motivated and driven.

Cons

Because the company is growing rapidly, the pace can be fast and the environment constantly evolving, which may not be ideal for those who prefer a slower or more structured setting. Expectations are high, and employees are expected to stay engaged, adaptable, and accountable—this is not a place to coast, but rather one that rewards effort and initiative.
