Great Company to work for! - Anonymous employee Data Transformation Corp Employee Review

I spent the past 7 years at DTC starting as a DBA and ending as a Manager. The people at DTC were always a joy to work with and the environment was pleasant. There was always a strong business ethic and a general feeling of professionalism. I always felt important as an employee and was always satisfied with what we were able to accomplish. I will truly miss my my time working at DTC; however I will not miss the beltway traffic, lol. Sorry to see it end.

Being close to DC; traffic on the beltway was not always the best. However, the length of time employees stayed with the company (18-25 years in many cases) was certainly a testament to the company.

DTC is a small to midsize company and very family oriented and care deeply about their employees needs. DTC believes in keeping hostile free environment as it proves to be healthy and more productive for their employees. I have worked for DTC for more than 15 years and have gone trough difficulty and they stood by my side practically holding my hands. I can not speak for other companies but I can truly say it is an awesome company to be a part of.

I do not know if you could call this a con but my only wish is that they would match dollar for dollar in the 401K.
