- Non profit (international) organization with solid backing - Smart and helpful team members - Friendly and smart overseas colleagues - Good benefits - One of my fav benefits: Solid education budget - Travel to HQ at least once a year (so far it happens) - Take care of the employee - Value employee's opinions - Mini library in office - Fruits - Co-work space (personal preference) - OKR-based strategy
Cons
- Hierarchical organization (can't avoid when the employees grow) - Red tapes everywhere in health sector (for industry) - Long term mission takes a while to accomplish - Nothing more that I could think of
