      Pros

      I've loved working here. Steady work and great pay. You pick your schedule, how much or how little, so it is super flexible, especially having young kids. There is a lot of variety in the tasks, which makes it interesting and engaging work. Highly recommend!

      Cons

      You are essentially contracted, so work is not guaranteed. I have had no problems with the amount of work, though, so I think if you do good work, you should have no problem.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.

      Plenty of work overnight--great for night owls Interesting tasks Learn something new all the time Have to be a self-starter, but there is on-staff help available for each task Decent rates, especially comparatively

      There is great information provided for each task, but you have to already have good feel and sense for what is appropriate and what isn't
