      1. Creative, challenging work with a lot of fun. 2. You make it grow and it will make you grow too. 3. Free and flexible. 4. Simple and prompt payment process.

      1. Not possible to make plan when to work how long. They don't announce plan for new project. 2. Very competitive to join projects. 3. No feed back for any input.

      Pros

      Pay is solid for contract work. Projects are consistently available. I love that I can work when I want for how ever long I can.

      Cons

      Limited feedback on submitted work, no idea if I'm doing an okish job, or turning in high quality work. The only way I know for sure is project keep showing up on my dashboard.
