      Pros

      Task instructions are sometime very complicated, but most tasks are very interesting to work on. I am satisfied with most aspect of this job, such as communication, instruction, rate and review process.

      Cons

      Task volume is not always stable, some month you get a lot of projects with a lot of tasks, some month you get only one or two projects disappear very quickly.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
