      Pros

      I could work at home anytime and because it is online, it is very comfortable to work with. It also pays me well, paying me enough compared to my effort I put in the projects.

      Cons

      there are not that much cons but there is one thing that sometimes make me feel uncomfortable. There is no deadline at each projects which is a good thing, but sometimes when I check the website, the project is gone, and unable to work on it.

      Pros

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Cons

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.

      1 Inconsistent workload. Sometimes no projects and sometimes too many. 2 No communications with others in this job.
