      Work when you want for as long as you want, If there is work available and their is very rarely limited work in my experience.

      Cons

      It is very hard to get into the program for the average person and little communication between user and company that can make certain aspects confusing.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
