      You can work on your own schedule depending on the available projects and provide the amount of time you worked to get paid

      Cons

      No communication with the employer at any stage they can stop showing projects whenever they want without providing any reason. The amount of projects and hourly pay can greatly vary. It's a first come first serve policy so if you are late for a project other people might do it instead

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.

      There is great information provided for each task, but you have to already have good feel and sense for what is appropriate and what isn't
