      The more you work, the more you have access to higher-paying jobs. You work completely on your own schedule, so if you want to work a typical 9-5 or just clock in a few hours here and there, you can.

      Cons

      There are points when a task might have an issue (i.e. cannot submit it) and you will have to go back to it later after the issue is fixed. This is rare, but it does happen on occasion.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
