      The position provides great freedom in hours and project choice. Project pay is transparent and motivating. The site's layout is easy to navigate as well. The position also gives me an outlet to be creative which I enjoy.

      Cons

      Sometimes tasks/projects are glitched/broken which are usually fixed promptly.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
