      The more you work the better paying jobs you get. I was making $40/hr on some jobs.

      Cons

      There's no communication with anyone else to get guidance or find out if you're off a project or anything. You never know if you're doing well. No benefits.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
