      Easy platform, with decent pay-outs (20-30 $ per hour) for jobs within my skillset, more (40$ p/h) if you are a skilled coder.

      There is no guarantee jobs will become available, or when online jobs will expire.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Cons

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
