Pros
There are no pros. They have a big, expensive company holiday party. No bonus, though.
Cons
A small percentage of the company are disgustingly over compensated. Everyone else is under compensated. There benefits are horrible. Zero PTO for example. Two people can be hired for the same position with the same resume and one will make 50+ percent more if they're an executives relative. When business slows down they will lay people off, just to hire back more underpaid people a few months later. All of this happens while the few are making absurd amount of money. This kind of behavior is expected in a +1000 person company where the bottom end workers work at Wal-Mart, not a 100 person company where the bottom end workers are engineers. You'd be better off taking your college degree to the factory floor of Amazon.
