      Pros

      * Leadership team is focused on transparency, collaboration and inclusiveness * Fully remote, flexible schedule ("core hours") * Strong market opportunity, good product/market fit

      Cons

      * Benefits are lacking. No 401k or bonus structure in place at the time of this review. Not unexpected for a company this size, and I expect it to change in the coming year or two, but still worth noting.

I'm confident it's an area that we'll mature in as we continue along our path and move toward a growth stage startup to offer items like a 401K match on top of the already existing Guideline 401K plan.

      Pros

      I got to work with great people, all of my coworkers were excellent at their jobs and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There are a lot of layoffs. I asked in interview what their runway was to stave off layoffs and they said ~3-5 years, then they had 2 rounds of layoffs my first year working there.
