So far the culture of this organization is hands down one of the best I have experienced so far. Everyone is so helpful! Working remotely can be hard but everyone is always available to help you find your way. Successes are celebrated and challenges are worked through the guidance of those more experienced. There is a true sense of community. They provide good health benefits and a monthly stipend for office set up and wellness.
Cons
It's a true start-up which means some days can feel challenging but not overwhelming.
