      The only pro was that the job was remote

      Cons

      Everything else Terrible management Coworkers ranged from okay to good The product is cool but is definitely an overvalued and expensive point solution They doubled in size too fast. They’re hiring new people every month and firing people every other month. This is a great company to waste your time in, get fired or laid off at an in opportune time, and have a stain on your resume to show for it

      Pros

      I got to work with great people, all of my coworkers were excellent at their jobs and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There are a lot of layoffs. I asked in interview what their runway was to stave off layoffs and they said ~3-5 years, then they had 2 rounds of layoffs my first year working there.
