      People who work there are smart and empathetic, mission is good

      Cons

      Change roadmaps every month, constantly shifting what we build to suite the whims of the sales dominated c-suite. frankly an inability to see big picture, and to maintain focus in order to make an actual good product

      Pros

      I got to work with great people, all of my coworkers were excellent at their jobs and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There are a lot of layoffs. I asked in interview what their runway was to stave off layoffs and they said ~3-5 years, then they had 2 rounds of layoffs my first year working there.
