      Pros

      Great initial vision / idea - early product demoed well and was bought by quite a few customers; had a decent team in place prior to major layoffs.

      Cons

      Company hit a rough patch due to product stability and rather than trying to fix the product, they fired 2/3rds of the company (including pretty much all of sales & marketing), abandoned the original idea, and are trying to build something completely different. Not a pathway to success.

      Pros

      Talented people, excellent leadership, and great technology - really just an awesome team, dedicated to helping customers learn more about data awareness, and how to find and secure critical information hidden in their data.

      Cons

      None, really. One of the best experiences of my professional career. I truly enjoyed the opportunity to help grow the team, and work with dedicated professionals that gave their all to help make the company a success.
