Pros

If you want to work for a company that puts the client first then this is the place. The owner is a retired veteran that has done an outstanding job of bringing that discipline into the work environment. Great benefits for a company of this size and very competitive salary.

Cons

There may be some, but if there is, they are small enough that they really don't matter.

Pros

Good entry level experience it offers a steady pay.

Cons

Crooked managment and owners, they base what they do with customers and empoyees on what is legal not what is morally right. If you speak up and even question company or management morals you will be fired. They made a very poor effort to try discredit me, keep my earned benefits by not paying my PTO balance and tried denying my unemployment. After a brief review the Department of Labor and the Unemployment office made them pay up. Was told I was let go because of no response to training etc. After never a single minute of training was offered dispite muliple requests. Constantly told I was doing great given unsoliciated raises twice but I question billing ethics by a manager then shortly after i was let go. First week I was cussed at by a senior leader in a way I have never been before or since. If you have a chance to work here DONT DO IT unless you have no choice. Everybody I worked with was let go for shady reasons one quit because the owner refused to pay him a promised bonous . Best thing that ever happend to me was being fired. They offer time off for Christmas but make you work 40 hrs to get the 8 hrs off if they can get away with it. Will dock you for time if you leave early but dont offer O.T call it a salary job but this only works one way.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am very sorry that your experience at DTI did not match our intention of being the best place you have ever worked. We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to strive to be the best, but I wanted to address a few specific concerns. 1. At DTI our integrity is above reproach. We pride ourselves on our morality and transparency, and we are committed to creating an honest, comfortable and collaborative environment for all of our employees. 2. We are a company of professionals with a team-oriented atmosphere. We do not tolerate management “cussing employees out” or any form of verbal abuse. If an employee feels verbally abused, our open-door policy gives them the ability to discuss this directly with the CEO. 3. Upon hire, every employee has a clear understanding of whether they are exempt or non-exempt regarding overtime. DTI technicians are paid overtime if required to work over 40 hours. It's the law. 4. Christmas has always been a paid holiday, and we are happy to say that we now offer Christmas Eve as a paid holiday as well. 5. We provide thorough training to each and every new employee, and every manager is always available to provide additional training as needed or answer questions when asked. However, we are forced to re-evaluate employee performance, and act when: additional training does not lead to improvement, we receive client complaints about a specific employee, an employee is unable or unwilling to communicate with their team. 6. Lastly, at DTI a manager cannot just fire an employee for no reason. Managers must demonstrate to me that an employee has been given sufficient opportunity to meet the standard by providing training and counseling prior to a termination. We do have higher standards here at DTI and we expect our employees to be top notch. It sounds like you have moved on and found a position you are better suited for. All the best, Joe
