Pros
Flexible, Exciting, W/L balance, Great pay, Management is supportive, Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about you as a person and as an employee. The office is located in a Co-working space with tons of perks. After working so many years for a large corporation, I finally feel like I'm on a team and my opinion is valued.
Cons
Parking is kind of hard, but a lot of people bike or take public transportation(Which is easily accessible.
