No clear goals and rapidly changing priorities on projects. As a result most solutions are often not finished at all or not carried through until the end. Paired with a work-overload where people are expected to implement/ work on multiple different projects at the same time. Lack of willingness and/or support to adopt new technologies and infrastructure. Payment is below average within IT/Fintech-industry.
