- colleagues are very helpful (albeit also very busy), nice environment to be in overall - people here are generally open to ideas/provides opportunities when you ask for it - exposure and opportunity to learn about various big data tools/techology - promising initiatives initiated before I left, but unsure if it will be executed successfully at this point
