You'll find a few very talented people who have been in the company for a long time.
Cons
1. The new people have been given way too much power. Honestly, one of the worst managers you could ever work with. 2. No structure, no reviews, no appreciation. 3. Only a couple of people actually know whats happening and how to fix if something breaks. Creating abundant dependency on oneself. 4. Nothing, Absolutely nothing to learn in terms of new technology here. In short, just a bunch of liars. You'll be blindsided easy.
