Painful onboarding process, lacks of communication, awful documentation, product full of "issues", micro-management everywhere, military minded, no bonus, low salary, assignment of non-inherent role tasks, unnecessary stress

Pros

A good starting point for a career to work for a couple of months (and then leave). The company hires without work experience (at the minimum wage).

Cons

No salary increases will happen. The product quickly becomes tiresome. Working on weekends was a mandatory requirement for all developers. The salary is significantly below market rates. The CEO micromanages all processes TOO MUCH, with too many calls, reports, responses, and a time tracking system. It's hard to work due to the constant, annoying time tracker.
