Employee Satisfaction: DataTrained is doing pretty well regarding employee satisfaction by appreciating hard work through rewards and recognition, Fun activities, and skill enhancement through internal training over the company's learning portal.
Appreciating hard work - I have seen some reviews on Glassdoor talking about the complex sale process, and yes, it is correct that "Sales" is not easy as it looks. However, 100% of SMEs and Assistant Team Leaders were promoted internally. This list does not end here; we got Team Leaders, Managers, and even Sr Managers who got promoted internally.
