Night shift but all good

Very few if any. Regular schedule was about the only positive. Judging by others working there, very hard to get fired for incompetence.

Toxic work environment with pay far below market standards. Owners and management prey on employees by undermining their perception of their worth. Simultaneously remind employees of how easy they are to replace while complaining about not being able to hire any quality people. Petty mind games are the norm for management. Paychecks are only distributed once a month and are often wrong (guess in whose favor). Benefits are a complete joke, healthcare benefits are basically garbage. Vacation time is given grudgingly even after meeting the stringent requirements for accumulating it. This is the last place you should ever consider working. You can do better. Run away and run away fast.
