Cons
- If you are somewhere in the middle or later stages of your career, expect your growth to be diminutive and all you'll be doing is grunt work. - You'll be grossly underpaid and expected to work like you own the company. - Little to no work-life balance. You'll need to set clear boundaries at the very beginning or else they'll walk all over you and show no care for your time. - Unfair employee retention practices: changing the PLI payouts from quarterly to annually. Changing the notice period from 30 to 60 days just cause they are losing a lot of employees right now. - Toxic office politics and more backstabbing than a drama series.
