      Literally, one of the greatest jobs I've worked with but the pay was too low for me and I had to move.

      -small team, so you have opportunities to have a big impact -nice area and places to eat around -lunch and coffee 1 day a week on the house

      Cons

      -no room for growth -when 1 teammate slacks, it is felt -working with team in different time zones

      - small office - great communication - Exposure to clients and direct requirement collection - Nearby (Riverside) - Starbucks twice a week + free lunch once a week - Great Boss

      Cons

      - comparitively lower pay - a bit of micromanagement ( not too much ) - due to the small size of the team - No flexibity with schedule at all
