Pros

Talented Dev team that was unfortunately not allowed to flourish by senior management

Cons

Literally everything. CEO was a total narcissist who refused to pay staff for months before they finally went into administration. Constant lies and belittling the staff was also a norm for him.

Pros

Pros? The people I worked with were awesome, fun and great at what they do. Shame they were constantly made to feel insignificant and worthless by the management.

Cons

Cons... where do we begin? Management: In a word. Vile. The CEO is actually mental. Definitely the worst person I’ve ever met. He lies day in day out and bullies staff into thinking they were worthless. Staff were frequently told they weren’t qualified to talk to our clients because they weren’t clinicians... The technical team were repeatedly told we were wrong about how the technology should be built, by a person whose technical expertise amounts to a claim he “made an app in 2 days”. My personal favourite though, the CTO, whose claim to fame was that he “passed a course in JavaScript”, rejected our Architect’s technical drawing because he didn’t like the colour. I’m not even joking... Have I mentioned the fact that we’ve been lied to as to why we haven’t been paid since October 2017? No need, we made the papers! Office: The actual office space is actually very modern and cool. It’s a shame it’s a ghost town whose only resident is the CEO’s lap dog hoping to sniff out any details about who’s being “unhelpful”. By unhelpful I mean telling the truth about his lies... Last remarks? I hope you saw the silent “hell” in “I wish you well”.
