Pros

- Free Uniform - Potentially free training - Good salaries in certain positions but inflation will ebbs into that - Lots of good staff within Dataspire# - Overtime is paid if at weekend

Cons

- No sick pay but this is increasingly common with employers. - Probably no cost of living pay increases (as school likely don't want to pay more for you). - Difficult to take annual leave due to schools restrict AL to school holidays. - Likely to be asked to work overtime for free if Mon-Fri - Not much company engagement from the top and if you're not based at head office even more so. - Difficult to get promotion - Schools can treat you like dirt sometimes because your a contractor and not their own staff.

Pros

Dataspire is at a point where it is poised for exponential growth so it's an exciting time to be part of the company. There are new processes and ways of working being implemented to support scaling the business. This includes supporting training and development for employees. The co-owners Adam & Darren are really friendly, attentive and supportive. They listen to ideas and enable you to contribute to the success of the business. The people within the business are passionate, knowledgeable and inclusive. People are approachable, open to change and happy to spend time helping you.

Cons

Some lack of process in the past has led to tribal knowledge or lack of documentation but this is being worked on at speed and being able to contribute to fixing this is part of the fulfillment.
