      Pros

      Relaxed while boss is off-shore, and he is most of the time. It is close to Wills Park if you would like to watch animal show,horse or dog race, or take a walk.Good insurance and 100% match up to 6%. 3-4 weeks of vacation. Multinational. Warm and nice to work people.

      Cons

      You may have to travel, sometimes every single week M-F. Not only travel but to rural area of US in which textile plants can survive. Salary is not competitive.

      There were a few nice employees working there currently.

      Cons

      They lie, don't warn, they don't follow the employee handbook, greedy, not taking actions, operate by mouth, no rules/ policies, conspiracy- it seems that they cover up by making up reasons. Overuse their employees and no respect, be careful cause they might just simply let you go without warnings and will not even give you time to take your personal stuff!
