Pros

There is always work, so far they've been good to work for. Pay is better than some of the other companies.

Cons

The company is currently going through a major restructuring, and it has been a difficult transition for many employees. Right now, supervisors are overseeing five or six sites without Team Leads in place to help support staff. You can ask a question and sometimes not receive a response until the end of the day simply because leadership is stretched so thin. Previously, our structure worked much better. Teams had one or two Team Leads available for guidance, supervisors typically covered only one or two sites with manageable team sizes, followed by a manager and regional manager. That structure provided employees with accessible support and clearer communication. Under the new structure, we now have supervisors overseeing five sites, managers responsible for even more, and no Team Leads at all. It has left processors without the guidance and support they need to do their jobs effectively. We are only a few weeks into the restructuring, and several employees have already quit or decided to retire. Change is always difficult, but this rollout does not appear to have been planned or supported well enough before implementation.

Pros

Good value proposition with a company that fulfills a need in healthcare. Has potential to be great with leadership and culture changes at the top

Cons

Extremely toxic culture that is focused on money, completing a transaction of going public or selling, without care of what it does to the actual business operations and people. So many good people leave. If you speak up, even with data and alternate ideas, you are then deemed to be negative or not a right fit for the fast moving culture. People are assessed by perceptions, regardless of actual facts. Unfortunately the senior leadership of the HR team has extreme group think and lacks professional and emotional maturity to lead the company's people in unbiased ways.
