      Nothing is positive. There are no process

      Cons

      No proper process in work as well as organisation. Torcher employees to work from 9-9 where as manager will come from 12-8. No work life balance. No growth. No work exposure.

      We don't produce Ice Machines, and also never had any Technicians in Plano :). I have tried telling the Glassdoor review team twice that this review was inadvertently associated with Datawrkz, but they seemed incapable of understanding what I was telling them. Therefore, I can only respond by thanking you for your feedback about our non-existent Ice machines :).
