      Pros

      Fun, okay to make a mistake once in a while, great group of folks. I worked there for 5 years starting 2008. Great place to learn and grow. Customer advocate is entry level desktop/server admin.

      Cons

      Sometimes lacks escalation when needed, but everyone tries.
