Pros

Unlimited PTO If in sales, the software solution has value

Cons

Not sure where to begin here... Complete disconnect between teams Upper management does not understand company struggles, the open door policy stated in interviews is completely false I saw many people punished or "black listed" for providing feedback or new ideas to overcome challenges Expectations are not in line for positive mental health, I cant count the number of times coworkers reached out to me outside of work to talk about how unhappy or stressed out they were, just to see if anyone else felt the same way.. Total boys club, all the women knew this. It really seemed like the CEO just wanted a few guys to run the company and then a group of 20 something girls to stay in the airbnbs with on the business trips and party. I kept thinking that it would all be worth it one day when the company goes public but I know now they won't anytime soon/if at all. Terrible at paying commissions on time if at all.

Pros

Really care about their people and exciting place to grow and learn

Cons

It's a startup so we move fast but honestly that could very well be a pro for many

Pros

Only pro is that you really can use it as a stepping stone to your next job. The people you sell to are great too.

Cons

I was someone that bought in to it and really thought it would pay off. It was truly one of the most chaotic experiences of my life. They target young females fresh out of school and pump and dump them through roles. Structure is always changing and there is no communication. There was definitely hostile attitudes in upper management toward each other that you could sense. Company also does not seem to have all the parts together. They promise basic things that you SHOULD have as part of your benefits and then don’t deliver. Managers will call you at 7-8pm and have no boundaries. Seriously use it as a stepping stone and get out. They will just drag your career if you stay too long. If people do not quit they just disappear one day and you never know why. They are just gone.
